This 10,000 s.f. 2-story building was designed by WKA ARCHITECTS, Inc. for the City of Richardson\'s consolidated Emergency Communications System for the Police and Fire Departments.  This facility also houses the City Emergency Operation Center for disaster control.  The curved shape of the building reflects the 911 Emergency Dispatch trunked radio system equipment, which is situated on a raised floor environment.
